Abstract

As mobile devices become more widespread, their use in educational so expands. It can be stated that mobile technologies provide uninterrupted and a flexible learning environment every where and every time, which contributes positively to this process. For these reasons, it is also possible to say that “Mobile Learning” is one of the most important learning models today and in the future. The goal in this learning model is to prepare young people suitably for the future. It has become apperant that with the development of individuals’ characteristics of being creative and original, the necessity to raise individuals who are adaptable to changing work and living conditions in the education and learning system. In addition to this, it is also necessary to pay attention to the mental well-being levels of the individuals which also covers psychological and subjective well-being while using mobile technologies. Along with traditional learning methods, the aim of this study is to find out about the attitudes of the students involved in mobile learning based education model relatedto mobile learning and whether there is a possible relationship between these attitudes and mental well-being levels. Descriptive method was used in the study. In accordance with the aim of the study, it was conducted on 151 students studying at a university. Information Collection Form, M-Learning Attitude Scale and Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-Being Scale were also used in the study.
