Abstract

The aim of this study was to point out the activities and practices that can be performed that these applications gain the ability of foreigners who have learned to speak Turkish and to be able to use effectively. For this purpose to gain the skills and speech and it has also referred to the methods and techniques applicable to be used effectively.

The study was discussed methods and technical to be followed in conferring and development the ability to talk to strangers who learned Turkish. In addition, given the theoretical knowledge on the subject and pointed to the activities and practices that can be performed in this context. In this context, gaining effective speaking skills and to serve as an example to the use of case studies have also been included.
