ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to investigate of link the job satisfaction, demotivating factors and bunout of the impact of architects who work architectural design firms by suggested conceptual reseach model. The conceptual model is developed that builds on Maslach Bunout Iinventory, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scala and demotivating factors that are used which is written by Oyedele (2012). The conceptual model proposes that job satisfaction and demotivating factors affected burnout. In addition demotivatig factors affected job satisfaction. These propositions were empiricaly tested by a survey of 148 architectural design firms. Structural equation modeling was used to estimate the parameters of conceptual models.
