Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the level of predicting adaptive perfectionism by self-regulated learning strategies and self-efficacy in gifted children. The study was carried out in Aydın and Denizli’s science and art centers with 87 girls and 100 boys total of 187 students in the 2017-2018 academic year. The study is correlational survey model. The data were collected by Self-Regulatory Learning-7, Self-Efficacy for Children, Adaptive-Maladaptive Perfectionism Scales. The data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 package program. As a result, it was found that self-regulated learning and self-efficacy significantly predicted adaptive perfectionism.
